We have a 30‑day return policy. If your plushie is unopened and in its original sealed packaging, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. If the seal is broken or the plushie has been opened, it’s only eligible for a return if there’s a visible defect or issue.

If anything shows up damaged, defective, or not how you expected, contact us with photos as soon as you can. We’ll review it and, if approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and fix it with a replacement or refund according to our policy.
